The Camels eye
ran another 55min total exposure and got this, The Camel’s Eye nebula, it came out ok considering the not so great conditions and it was a little bit windy too.

Its been quiet
as the weather has been bad, but i finally got the chance to get the scope out last night, this is the result, its not amazing but came out ok as its only a hour total exposure

was it a Fluke! Time will tell as i try to reproduce and improve, never the less im happy with this picture of Jupiter. SkyMax 127 and ALTAIR 585c Camera used

Finally!
A little bit of clear sky! so i took advantage to use the new telescope, a Skywatcher SkyMax 127 Maksutov-Cassegrain and got some closer shots of the moon and a pic of Jupiter too!

A brake in the weather last night and a reasonable clear sky. So i thought id give the new Sky-Watcher AZ-GTiX mount and tripod a try
